How we work for you!

If you've never worked with a travel advisor to plan a trip, let us walk you through the way we work.

• The first step is to get in touch with us - you can call us, e-mail us or fill out one of our web forms.   Be ready to just share with us the basics of your trip but it's okay if you don't have all the answers!  We are here to use our expert knowledge to help you narrow down your choices.

• Next we'll send you a proposal with choices within your budget as well as considerations for each one.  Feel free to ask as many questions as you need at this stage, this is your trip and we don't want to miss any detail when choosing your perfect getaway.

• Time to book!  Using PCI compliant and protected forms and file transfers we'll collect all the information we need to send you a final proposal.  After approval we'll get all your details confirmed and booked for you - we can book it all - Air, Hotel, Cruise, Tours, Rental Cars.  We've got amazing, vetted suppliers for all your travel needs.

• We'll keep you updated.  After booking we'll be monitoring any information or changes from our travel partners.  We are always monitoring for new deals or specials that might come up to save you more or for any changes to your itinerary or travel partners that might impact your trip.

• We are here while you are away.  We'll check in with you on your trip to make sure all is going just as you expected and to iron out any wrinkles that might arise.
